DeAnna Houston

DeAnna is currently offering multiple virtual classes.  DeAnna thoughtfully curates her classes to help practitioners build strength and gain confidence while escaping the chaos and stress of daily life. Her fun and informative teaching style eases students out of their heads and into their bodies to experience the gift of presence.  DeAnna specializes and enjoys teaching prenatal and postnatal classes for new mothers!

Sunday – Meditation (Open to All) 9:30-10:00- No Fee
